The trackinghouse construction-method is developed for earthquake resistant building, flats, factories and (business) buildings. The method is lowcost and therefore extremely suitable for less prosperous inhabitants in earthquake sensitive areas around the world. The building principle also lends itself well to mechanized building. A licence-agreement.

VERY IMPORTANT NEWS Because we got a lot of mail, we want to be clear about business. Hupkens Engineering is a mechanical engineering firm with director / inventor / technical calculator ir.Jan Hupkens ing, who designed a lot of machineries and, provided some inventions. During his study at the Technical University of Delft, the Netherlands, he was thinking of a trackinghouse-building system. Many years later he completed his ideas with the very important final supplement to let each wall of a building been controlled to the same amount of pressure, that is described in this website (www.trackinghouse.com) . Computer-added calculations (FEM ), realised by TNO-Bouw ( www.tno.nl ), showed that this idea makes buildings very much more earthquake-resistant, even more-floor buildings. A test on full scale of a one-floor-building was done at Dirkshorn, the Netherlands. The building was pulled up by a 60- ton telescopic crane, after which we let it fall down totally free two times over a distance of 22 cm. The building was by that circumstances pulled up until it's position was as shown at the website-pages test and images under 30 degrees with the horizon. Normally a building, made of concrete blocks and build with mortar will be damaged, just when the building is pulled up until the realised position, but for sure when you let it fall down. Hereby we also want to declare that the steel frame, as was used at the test, nórmally exist of reinforced concrete, whereby the vertical tension rods will be welded to the steel (‘íron') bars of the reinforcement inside the concrete. So Hupkens Engineering is no building/construction company that normally realize one or many houses/ buildings, but do want to cooperate with such firms. Cooperation is necessary because several ‘details' we know better, while also a special designed floor (about 40% of normal weight at the same amount of pressure, while the floor does not form a whole with the walls, but just will be laid on steel parts of the pressure-distribution plate) can be used. That kind of floors also were FEM-calculated. The international patent is demanded : PCT / NL 01 /00066 (“WALL”). Many people in earthquake sensitive areas all over the world have an interest in safe houses, stores, factories etc.And we are NOT EXPENSIVE, so contact us, and then there will be less suffer in the world !!We got a lot of questions last weeks. To react quickly it is necessary you gives usthe following data :/your personal adress / name of the company you work for / adress of that company / your function at the firm / kinds of jobs of the firm / purpose of this contact / did the company consider other building-methods in earthquake-sensitive areas,so yes wich / realized the company in the past earthquake-resistant buildingmethods,so yes wich and what was the result / what is the latitude of the project financial spoken.Every project is allright, but we must form a good notion of the business.
Hupkens Engineering's earthquake resistant buildings and (tracking)houses. The trackinghouse construction method is developed for earthquake resistant houses and business buildings. Resistant for natural disasters like earthquakes, landslides, cyclones and hurricanes, but also resistant for terrorist attacks. This earthquake resistant building has a special element in it, what makes the trackinghouse resistant for the most biggest earthquakes and terror attacks. The earthquake resistant method is lowcost and therefore extremely suitable for less prosperous inhabitants in earthquake sensitive areas around the world. The earthquake resistant building principle also lends itself well to mechanized building.
