'the purposes'

THE PURPOSES

 1. To construct a house or building that doesn't collapse as a consequence of an earthquake.

 2. To construct a house or building in a relative simple way, so it will be a low-cost development.

 3. To construct a house or building that relatively easily can be changed so to its shape or format.

 4. To use a building principle that lends itself well to mechanized building.

 REMARKS

 1. There are two types of building elements that can be used:
     - cement bricks as used in many countries around the world: ( l x w x h = 400x200x200 mm.),
       each with two square holes.
     - specially designed relatively cheap concrete building elements, with which very little mortar
       is needed.

 2. The drawings shown reproduce both cement bricks and specially designed building elements.
For actual construction either one method is used. The choice will be made by the structural
     engineer/architect.

Hupkens Engineering's earthquake resistant trackinghouse. The trackinghouse construction
method is developed for earthquake resistant houses and business buildings. Resistant for
natural disasters like earthquakes, landslides, cyclones and hurricanes, but also resistant for
terrorist attacks. This earthquake resistant building has a special element in it, what makes the
trackinghouse resistant for the most biggest earthquakes and terror attacks. The earthquake
resistant method is lowcost and therefore extremely suitable for less prosperous inhabitants in
earthquake sensitive areas around the world. The building principle also lends itself well to
mechanized building.
